The worst experience ever ! Placed my order a week before Valentine's Day to avoid the hectic bull *** , what happens?! My girl never got her stuff at work and she stayed late that day!! They then have the nerve to send a text to her and ask is she available for a delivery around 7:30 pm , who does that?! Ordered a Valentine's gift set on February 6th. Got a confirmation email. Card was charged the full amount right away. Come Valentine's Day ..... NOTHING. Waited all day for it. Tried calling the store next morning. Busy signals. Called 1-800 number spent 30 minutes on hold. The person that finally picked up told me that our order is being processed. On February 15th. I placed an online order with Edible Arrangements and paid an additional $29.99 for next day air shipping. The person to whom it was sent never received the package despite the fact that UPS reported it as being delivered. Where do I start? I placed the order online, order confirmed according to their website. No delivery, no call to my cell and no email notification. WTH?!? We rely on your promising service on special days like Valentine's day. If you cannot make the delivery for any lame excuses, don't we at least deserve to know yesterday and plan for it? I get emails daily on specials. Have sent gifts a couple of times. I ordered something for my Valentine and she did not receive it. I received an email for advertising that said "It is Valentine's Day today and you can still order today and your gift will be delivered today." This is the second time I have used Edible arrangements on Hebron Ave in Glastonbury CT. Both times I have had a HUGE problem. The first time they delivered the stuff that my grandchildren ordered for their mom with their own money and they send the stuff with the wrong names on the card. The kids were devastated. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN! I placed an order on 2/14/2017 that was never delivered and as I type this is STILL waiting to be delivered. I order a gift for my wife for Valentines Day, get my order confirmation for the 14th, Valentines comes and goes and no delivery. Then they deliver it on the 15th and say they were too busy to make all there deliveries on the 14th. Are you f**ing kidding me!
