I was billed incorrectly
I signed up for 1 year. Was charged for 2.

They don't know who ipurchest the service and who is contributing. I paid $69 on December 18, 2022. I only get reliable service on one week.
Nothing happened on my side, but the reality is ehelper don't know who purchased the service and who is contributing to all people. I only get service on one week.
It is not fair me to pay $69 and has no service..
Either a reliable service or return my money.
If you confused who is purchased and who is contributing that is your weakness. Focus and figure out the invisible character.

I was over charged for a one year subscription; the system upgraded my order to two years and charged me accordingly.
I placed an order (#112269****557****Q) for a one year subscription @ the cost of $39.98; however, when I received the emailed receipt, my credit card was charged for a two year subscription @ a cost of $69.97.

I was billed incorrectly
I have been charged for a 3 year EdHelper subscription and only need 1 year. I am retiring at the end of this school year 2022-****, I do not need a 3 year subscription.
Can I please be refunded? Your website was acting slow and glitchy when I place my order today, 10/28/2022.
