I purchased the edge pulsar v3 and cts screen thinking it was a safer alternative rather than deleting my 20 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.6 duramax in it due to the amount inspections I get for work on this truck. Little did I know in less than 15,000 miles of the unit being on the truck It would cost me almost $6,000 in repairs, and more then $12,000 in lost revenue from the truck being down for almost 3 weeks due to the repair taking so long and the inability of the dealership to properly diagnose the problem also due to the pulsar unit.

It completely whipped out my fuel pressure regulators and was throwing mass amounts of fuel into the combustion chamber as well. So it whipped out my dpf filer too. I had approximately 135xxx on the truck when installed and 149xxx when the issues occurred. I have recipients for the repair of the fuel rail and regulatory at 3200 ish.

The a recipient for the dpf filter that had been replaced not more then 4-5 months prior with recipient at around 103,xxx miles. The Edge product support team is telling me there is nothing they can do to help reimburse me for even the repairs. The stealership even wrote in the paperwork this was a direct result of the pulsar unit and it's malfunctioning.

I sent the unit back to pulsar, they are denied anything wrong with the unit but offered me a full refund and told me to keep the cts screen as well. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT AMD MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Not sure what you mean by this? I ordered this product from them for a gift for the holidays and said it was on order ! Hav not received any emails or anything yet to see that this company cares about the product or the customer service!??

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I actually got the product in the mail the day after Christmas! So it was longer than I expected but it finally arrived!!

I ordered my items on December 17th and as of January 2nd I have still not received my items. I have tried to reach out on website but only received the same message about a fire in their facility.

No Customer support to contact. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this companies web site.

After receiving the pulsar Lt. It did not work on my truck..

After calling edge Numerous times I got no call back trying to resolve The situation. I sent numerous pictures with no call back Or solutions to fix the problem.

Very unhappy, how it all turned out. Nothing was resolved i'm ret turn the product.Thanks!

I Bought this for my F150 Eco Boost King Ranch to increase my gas mileage. First of all you have to use premium for all 3 program options and at best I got was one to two mpg better fuel economy.

This thing had numerous problems from the start.

Many times it would not power up when the truck was started for 3 to 10 minutes.

When it is installed and the make, model, year etc is programmed into CTS its supposed to remember that, but many times I had to keep putting that data in the unit. I set it in the fuel saving mode and had problems coasting to a stop where the engine would run rough at idle. On one long trip I got an engine problem light. The CTS told me it was a leaking air intake seal.

This was a new truck so I put it back to factory setting and it went away. I have made numerous calls to Edge and they kept giving me the run around. Try this, try that. First they had me update the unit on my computer, I did that to no avail.

Then they sent me a new data cable which didnt help. Then they told me try each mode with at least one tank of gas. I can go 600 miles on a tank of gas, so this took quite some time.

When I put it in trailer tow mode and accelerated to speed up on a highway, I heard some terrible noises from the engine. The turbos quit working and I had very little power.

I slowly got home and again then went back to factory mode. Thankfully the engine ran ok after that. I asked Edge several times over several calls to send a replacement unit but they refused. This is only a few of the problems I had with the CTS2 They then sent me used hand held programmer to see it that would work and said try at least one tank of gas in each mode and let us know it that works.

The hand held unit yielded no problems but again no increase in mpg. I did not want a hand held unit, but a dash unit I paid for.

After I called them back and said I want the CTS2 replaced with a new unit they told me they dont make one for F150 Eco boost anymore. Several times I told them that your just dragging this out so that the warranty runs out and then you wont do anything. They told me oh no our customer service is great and we will make sure your happy.

THEY LIE. Thats exactly what they did to me. Please do NOT BUY their products.

Their customer service sucks!!! They never replaced or refunded me $585 that I paid for this garbage.

Problem with a cts3

I have not been able to contact anyone about a problem I am having with the EGT screen.I have called all the numbers I could get to contact anyone. Only thing that happens is I get put on hold forever.

I talked to the installers of theCTS3 edge monitor and they told me they have the same problem with the company. For the price I paid I would not recommend anyone buy the products from this company.
