Good product, poor installation
The sales person was actually very good and knew his stuff and was very helpful. And too be fair was a very nice gentleman. He did the original survey and when we explained we wont decide on spec he respected that and did a follow up call the next day. Next day we accepted and did the paperwork and all was set to be completed in a few weeks time. Products seem to work ok, with the amount of sunshine we have had they certainly don’t create the amount of energy you would expect, probably only two thirds of what you are led to believe. No real planing as to how the wiring on the outside of the property would be best fitted. Looked shoddy. All further communication regarding this , and when someone was coming to sort it was done by telepathy!!!
