Having trouble checking out at website
- - Discount code does not work on the website.
- - Several phone numbers and emails to support went unanswered.
- - Customer service is unavailable.
I am trying to check out, but the discount code that they gave me because of another issue does not work on their website. I have found and called 7 or eight different numbers, all of which are not active. I have emailed support 7 times in the last 2 days and requested a call back on 3 other occasions.
Unfortunately, they have great products but NO customer service whatsoever.
