Faulty jumper

Ed Sheeran - Faulty jumper
I purchased a jumper from the Manchester show on 23/3/23. The jumper was given to me in a bag (liked asked), due to this I never looked at it until Ive come to put it on today and noticed that there is *** in it by the pocket. Where do I stand to get a replacement sent to me and I can send this the faulty one to you?? Ive got photos of the fault. Thank you in advance
