Car not new Christmas feeling blue!

First, I have been a loyal patron of this dealership, getting every repair, oil change and the inspection that they claim I did not get completed at Napleton Dodge since 2007. Previously, we had this discussion as to whether my warranty was invalid, and I was assured this matter was cleared up. (evidenced by the repair to my suspension) Now when they need to cover the cost to the transmission again Chrysler and Napleton are together, dropping the ball regarding customer service. As I have done my due diligence, it might seem a bit pedantic, but I have found hundreds of customers, who like me have seemingly had other services done when the power train inspection was due, had it done and because someone did not (suspiciously) enter it into the system there is no record; warranty invalidated, we are left in the cold. Secondly, my car has been sitting at the dealership for 2 1/2 weeks to date. They laughed at me when I inquired what could be done. I was told to get rid of it and get a new car! Consequently, I have come to understand that this is the premise for invalidating the warranties in the first place, to get us into new cars and keep us tied to car notes! Way to focus on customer care! Thirdly, if any part of this warranty has been honored the whole has to be honored! That is the law. Speaking of law, the government of this great state of IL, is suing for breach of warranty. There is a lot of churn on social media about a class action lawsuit. Lastly, this could have all been settled if someone other than Tracey (Chrysler customer care) who by the way did her best to accommodate me. She was pleasant and did call the dealership which did not answer her calls and failed to call her back. Tom W. is overworked or is giving into status quo substandard customer service. It used to be a pleasant experience dealing wit him, now he too could care less. The last time I was there, they did work underneath my car, it is possible they left something out of place and it cracked my transmission case. They are not above mistakes, they have left oil caps and other debris, not tightened bolts and nuts as they should have, caused weather strip removal and then to be placed on upside down, ordered wrong colors for trim etc… but I gave them a chance to fix it. Once I left and went to dinner they did not set the timing correctly and I must come back, and they said,” Oh we are so sorry” They are not infallible. J. the Manager, (I have seen several of them come and go) he tries but he seems tired too. I’ve done my part and stayed loyal even when service was less than it should have been. I bet they did not document that! I just want my car repaired it’s Christmas and nobody seems to care! Happy Holidays…

Car salesmen have a bad rep to begin with, but this person takes bad to a new level! He moves from job to job, place to place, hiding from his daughter and his obligations. He is up to $47,000 in back child support with no intention to do the right thing. If you choose to do business with Mr. Visuetti, keep in mind that if he fails to provide for family, he won't be very likely to provide for you. Pinocchio is more honest than Luis. But the law is hot on his trail and it will be just a matter of time until he is brought to justice. I hope it does not cost you like it costs his blood! Beware the viper....
