Treated badly
- - Overcharged for the car.
- - White smoke after fueling; they blamed a plug.
- - No title or registration after four months; tires installed wrong.
My granddaughter went to get a car from Ed Morse Honda Blue Heron Blvd in west palm beach Florida. First off they over charged for the car.
On the day 2 as soon as you hit, the gas, big puffs of white smoke came out of it took it back. They said it was a plug I said, are you sure it wasnt the head they said no I think they just put a Band-Aid on it. The Nexr thing is we cannot register it now its been four months they still do not have the title. How do you sell a car with out a title?
Next thing she noticed the tires were on wrong all the insides were on the outside all 4 Honda says all the cars are certified clearly not.
All most all the staff at Honda are horrible bullies she has nothing but troubles with this car she no longer wants it it is a lemon Honda needs to trade it out. I would never recommend them they need to make it right
User's recommendation: Don’t go to that Honda
My vehicle was in the dealership for a week .
- - Took car to Lebanon, MO dealership for transmission programming but it was not done.
- - Communication was poor and I could not reach the service dept.
I had my vehicle taken into the dealership in Lebanon Mo to have a simple transmission programmed a week ago . Said could be done that Friday .
But it wasnt done but thats understandable . But called Monday couldnt reach the service dept . Called Tuesday, still couldnt ! Emailed the service manager, no return email nor a return call leaving my phone number for four days in a row.
Finally, called the regional service manager and got a call a day later. Now I finally got a return call a week later by me calling the local service manager.
After no call from the dealership as to say my car was done. Poor communication with me as the consumer.
User's recommendation: Communicate with your customers and keep them informed .
Purchase filed wrong contract
- - No contract or registration; wrong contract filed.
- - Car payment shows $200; should be higher.
- - No contact from manager or GM; contract fix sought.
Contract says I gave 25,000 and I did NOT. I have a car payment of 200 when I should be way more.
Tried resolving to no avail. No contact from manager or GM. Calling
The attorney general at this point in Florida Department of Regratation along with five or six other complaint companies if I dont hear from someone.
I never got a contract I never got the registration I never got anything the wrong contract was filed and I am trying to resolve this matter but I cant and I need this car contract fixed is all I wanna do and its ridiculous at this point. Its like Ed Morse doesnt want $25,000
