Wrong part and overbilling

A couple of months back I went to Corleys Dodge in Gallup New Mexico to purchase a Resistor Blower for my 2000 Dodge Neon car. When I arrived the sales associate was rude and reluctant to help me. When he finally did he placed my order for the part on the computer without double checking it to see if it was the right one. Straight off he tells me that they dont do refunds or accept returns for any reason. When the part arrived they were supposed to call the number that I left with them for me to come pick it up. They did not call for two weeks and I finally became concerned and went to the dealer only to discover that it was there and had arrived a week and a half before. I then took my car to the shop to have it put in only to discover that it was for the wrong year of Neon. I had to go to another Dodge dealership to get the right part and am now stuck with a useless part for a car I never owned.
