We can't submit our questionnaire due to pending invoice.
Invoice number 14024 for annual subscription fee in the amount of USD709 has been settled since October 31, 2023.
However the status in Ecovadis Platform has shown as pending invoice.
We tried to contact you 2 weeks ago but no response. All proof of payment have been sent to you 2 weeks ago as well.
What can we do for this issue?
