I am glad you've asked, It's been since the 15th,and STILL I haven't received anything from the company,that stated, they refunded my money,I have never been treated so badly or lied to about such any easy action.
I ordered a charger and the order was placed 2 days later,I'm told literally oops we are out of stock,no problem we're returning your money, that was 6 days ago and now they emailed a receipt to verify it was paid,and still my card hasn't been credited.After all this you should be sending I a free charger..

Ecotric e bike has the worst tech support than any other company.i bet the Taliban have better communication skills.i called to ask the tech support what the FACTORY parameter settings are for my ecotric sportcool that I bought used.the tech support told me he couldn't tell me for legal reasons.but i could ship it to them (in california nd i live in Georgia) nd they will fix it.then i asked him how to fix a pproblem nd he said he cant tell me cause i didnt buy it from them.but its their product.so now I have an e bike i cant use.if anyone can help,contact me @ murrelamerson@***.com

- - Motor shuts off under load while riding and the display turns off after about 200 yards.
- - After reboot, it runs ~200 yards before shutting down.
I received my new dolphin E bike yesterday. I assembled and fully charged the battery.
Under a load the bike motor shuts off and the display turns off.
It repeatedly does this after riding the bike no more than 200 yards.
You can power the display back on and ride it for appx 200 yds again and the same happens again. Can raise the back tire off the ground and apply throttle under full power and it functions fine but when riding it this problem occurs of it shutting off.
Very frustrating, contemplating returning to Amazon if there is not a simple solution.

Yeah I bought my bike in August the 2020 the sport pool battery died after 10 months you replaced it and now it's dead after 12 months I've also extended warranty also I haven't rode my bike in 2 months because of this and getting to run around

- - Two bikes arrived, 48V 500W; one bike has a stripped bolt and broken LED bracket; the frame is chipped in two areas and the mailbox is full.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. The company got back to me in reasonable time. They credited me for some touch up paint and are replacing the damaged parts..
I just received my two new bikes today. 48 volt, 500 watt.
The bolt that holds the folding bike together was stripped and could not be used.The bracket that clips the led read out to the handle bars for one bike was broken.
Also the frame on bike was badly chipped in two areas. The mailbox was full and not excepting messages.
