AI Highlights
  • - Poorly structured program focused on money.
  • - Courses are sparse and hastily assembled.
  • - No resources for two weeks; not worth the price.

The program is poorly structured, with faculty and staff solely focused on your money. The courses are sparse and consist of hastily assembled material.

No additional resources are provided for two weeks making it not worth the money paid for it. This is one of the most expensive and worthless certifications I have ever signed up for, it was extremely disappointing. All one receives are five-minute videos sporadically, and one project which you end up having to teach yourself because it's not covered in the course.

It's simply a cash cow. Don't bother looking at E Cornell.

Loss:
$3000
Cons:
  • Expensive and poor quality courses

Preferred solution: Full refund

Atrocious Program/Admin and Set Up

AI Highlights
  • - Prices are several thousand dollars for two-week courses.
  • - Overpromised and under-delivered; admin/gaslighting and repeated card charges.

For the price you pay which several thousand dollars for courses that are 2 weeks each, it is overpriced and undervalued. Overpromised and under-deliver.

I am appalled with the experience I had at eCornell and won't ever waste my time or money here ever again.

Wretched facilitator and poor course design and materials.

Admin just keeps gaslighting you and lie to you. The accounting department is atrocious and keep charging your card as well and refuses to make it right.

User's recommendation: don't waste your money here you will regret it

Ripped of by eCornell

AI Highlights
  • - Staff were rude and unhelpful about refunds.
  • - No practical training; only short videos.
  • - Not worth almost $4,000; books could teach this.

I feel cheated out of a lot of money, the staff is rude and don't care about your concerns especially if you ask for refund. Received no practical training or how to use tactics in real life for the marketing program.

All I got were some short videos and that is it.

Not worth paying almost $4,000 for it. I could had bought books on this topic and taught myself.

Loss:
$4000

User's recommendation: Save your money because you will be angry and spend a lot of time paying for something and teaching yourself the material in the long run.

Ripped off by ECornell

AI Highlights
  • - Online certificate program offers minimal content and little support.
  • - Three 2-week courses cost 3,000 with no case studies, textbooks, or credits.

Appalling experience with this online distance learning certificate program, I have taken multiple courses elsewhere and the experience is usually amazing with good content and support, you won't get that here. It is a total waste of time with lackluster, superficial and minimal materials and content clearly designed to take your hard-earned money.

Admin will ignore you if you ask for a refund. I wasted 3,000 on a worthless set of 3 courses that each last only 2 weeks !

You will receive no cases studies, textbook, additional reading or support.

Only a few videos that last 5 mins, then you are irritated having to teach yourself the material that is not covered. There are no letter grades or credits from this, so it's worthless

Loss:
$2964
Cons:
  • Inefficient course content
  • Waste of money and time

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: look somewhere else like UCLA, UCI extension, North Western Kellogg for executive certificates and training

I signed up for their marketing certificate and had the same experience, there was no practical cases or ways to implement the stuff in the videos, received very little for the money paid. I feel cheated out of my money.
