I ordered a US made M65 field jacket. What I received was a new made Chinese copy of the real thing.
It was missing the collar hood and internal buttons for insulating liner.
The velcro at the neck and cuffs were snaps instead. The fit was also off, after wearing my original for 60 years, big difference.

I purchased one of your US Army-style field jackets. It bears little or no resemblance to the one in your advertisement.
Specifically, as it claims 'US surplus', there is no military labelling. The material is poor quality and there is no hood in the collar.
I want to return this and need you to supply clear instructions as to how to do this. Thank you.

I've made several calls to the 1-98*-***-**** number and the call repeatedly would not go through.
I have NEVER recieved either a text or email from Ecoooc confirming my order in the first place.

It arrived after two weeks (good) but on opening the parcel the smoking jacket was plain orange.

It claimed to be leather but it is vinyl and not the construction of the illustration.
