Took Money and No Service - Fraudulent Company
Absolute WORST customer experience I've ever had!!! I'd rate them '0' if it would've let me. Richard, claims to always be all helpful until the second you send the money. Then, he disowns you-no reply. The overseas staff responded only a couple of times in over 3 months, at midnight!!!.. They miss appointments they set, have 'personal emergencies', never respond, and are the most unprofessional (company?) I have ever dealt with. THIS IS A SCAM, any good reviews they have are probably from friends or are phony. They don't inter-communicate and don't know what is going on or what they are doing. They don't do what they are paid for, they assign it to you to do. Everyone I have dealt with, RICHARD R.-who doesn't give his last name- b/c he's in sales, Randy Johnson, Gurmeet Singh, Iraq A, Sahar,... all are useless, but you are stuck with them. See the other HORRIBLE reviews, and the existing lawsuits. I am in touch with them.
