I have sent 3 emails; not one has been responded to by Ecom-Websites.
Your company, Ecom-Websites LLC, withdrew $148.00 from my account on May 14, 2025. I demand my money be refunded IMMEDIATELY.
I DID NOT ASK FOR A WEBSITE TO BE BUILT BY YOU OR ANYONE ELSE.
THESE FUNDS WERE WITHDRAWN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. AGAIN, REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!!

I purchased a pre-built store. It worked for a week.
I have received multiple instructions but have not received a resolution. I was asked to write a 5-star review for a free package for the store, please, and was later charged $97. I received an email last week stating that the store is working but not prebuilt.
I received another email stating that I would receive a refund of $97, and I still have not received one. I am losing money due to this false advertisement and have not received any assistance.

Not refunding my money back and also false advertisement
Haven't refunded me my money took more than was required and can't respond to customers fast enough when trying to get the problem solved and nothing set up for the business it takes you back to the site after you just paid and have to pay again
