I requested my refund 3 days after paying. They promised, on August 7, 2025, a refund as follows: $197.00 full refund for the Diamond VIP X Ecommerce Store Bundle, $40.00 full refund for two stores, and $84.50 partial refund for the skincare store, totaling $321.50. I haven't received the refund nor any correspondence. I filed a dispute with my credit card, and they lied to the credit card company that their policy is no refunds on digital products.
This is not stated on their website.
Fortunately, I documented everything and submitted my evidence to the credit card company. I'll do an update.

I have received multiple instructions but have not received a resolution. I was asked to write a 5-star review for a free package for the store, please, and was later charged $97. I received an email last week stating that the store is working but not prebuilt.
I received another email stating that I would receive a refund of $97, and I still have not received one. I am losing money due to this false advertisement and have not received any assistance.
