Telecom Creations-Unpleasant representative

Unpleasant & rude employee/representative Inefficient in providing responses to requests & rude. --------------------- Shimmy Telecom Creations 888-267-**** ----------------------- The employee/representative sent a quote for an item 2 Mitel items, after 2 days of email request sent. I notified them I had purchased already about 40 minutes before his quote, just to provide a response. About 15 minutes latere employee/representative came back stating that he did not get the item/ it had been sold. I was curious as he then did not have the item in stock as previously said in the quote & sent email asking if they did not then actually have it in stock. Employee/representative sent a rude email back.
