You can find much better service at a lower cost.
- - Hired for weekly pickup; low volume meant alternating weeks.
- - Billing was disorganized and charged for past periods with no refund.
I hired this company to p/u residential trash once a week for many years. I generate a low volume of garbage and usually put my can out every other week.
They occasionally missed a p/u. The billing office was not very organized. I called to end my service and pay my last bill. I was told that they had billing problems two years ago and said I owed them for two more periods of service from back in 2016.
I paid them $63.00 just to be done with them. I was told my last service would be on Thursday, 12/28/17, but they did not show up. When I called to complain they would not give me any type of refund. They only offered to give me one more p/u and that's it.
How many trash services do I need for a p/u about once every two weeks? I now have a service that many of my neighbors happily use at a price that is 30% less. Check reviews and shop around.
There are better companies available to take care of you. Happy New Year!
Preferred solution: Full refund
