Smoke coming out of ecoflow
Smoke coming out of the product. I haven't had this for a year yet & I am having issues.
It doesn't connect to wifi either. I may go with another company...

Can somebody please tell me when my refund will be processed pertaining to order EFUS-99129. I've sent countless emails requesting info on my refund.
