Unsatisfied with matress
I am from ALASKA ! I do not recommend to purchase a mattress from here. Before I purchased a mattress I was told by the cashier name Sean Robinson, he told us we can return the mattress we purchased in less than 60 days. We came in less than 60 days and spoke to the manager Kameron Knox, that had a total indifferent attitude toward the situation, I told the manager Kameron Knox the mattress is giving me pain in my neck and back and I spent 500 dollars in the mattress and he didnt bother to fix the problem the manager didnt bother to care for the situation or care for the mistake of what the cashier Sean Robinson made. I moved from ALASKA a month ago, we dont have At Home in ALASKA, now that I moved into mobile, and wanted to try out this new store and make it or our local store and spend more money but I had a bad experience with the manager Kameron Knox. Now Im crying with this neck pain and back pain from a mattress I can not return and I have to sleep with this pain every night and wake up with even more pain. There is nothing I can do with this mattress but to suffer the neck pain and back pain sleeping on this mattress. They lied to me saying I can return it and then say different, now saying I cant return it.
Dodgy products & they refuse to accept returns!
DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE OUT OF DATE, DO NOT WORK AND THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. BE WARNED! I purchased over $1000 worth of kunos oil in white from Eco At Home which had to be sanded off my floors because the company applying it found it very patchy and uneven. Stupidly I blamed the company applying the oil instead of the store supplying it. I bought more oil after having the floor professionally sanded two times with a special parquetry orbital finishing sander so that it was perfectly even. On the third attempt of using the oil it still looked very patchy especially by the third coat, which highlights all of the flaws and looks nothing like the sample photos shown online or in store. Timber actually becomes much darker than it is originally, it turns a deep brown colour from a pale blonde colour and definitely does not go white like photos which actually show stark white timber floor boards. The product also remains sticky for it's entire life time even when it is burnished, buffed or polished into the timber immediately after application. Also any grain in the floor picks up the white pigment which looks very uneven, also any natural oil or sap in the timber rises to the surface and looks really weird. I checked one of the cans and sure enough it was out of date and not only this the store is marking up the prices significantly, i should have bought it from the manufacturer or not at all because any regular liming white product on the market is much more effective in achieving the result i liked from the kunos oil sample photos. Under australian consumer laws I have the right to a return as it hasn't produced results it was advertised to and it was out of date, in spite of this the store still did not accept a return or even contemplate the idea of a return of one untouched, sealed can that i had purchased just days before. Their excuse? they didn't know whether i had left the can in the sun or not. What a poor excuse to provide to a customer who's just lost $6000 getting their floor repaired and recoated and sanded multiple times. Not only this but they lure you in while purchasing by saying "lets open a store account, that way if there's any problems we can track your purchases." This is a very tricky and sneaky way of saying they provide returns but really they don't at all. They are greedy, money hungry people posing as eco warriors. Be warned!!
