After speaking to several people a tech from returns helped resolve the issue. All I spoke with should have been like the returns tech.

I have spoken to at least 3 customer reps and one tech from returns. To date I have no solid info regarding replacing the defective rims I purchased from Ecklers.

I finally spoke to the returns tech Michael Hernandez this morning, he is going to call the manufacture to attempt a resolution. I should not have to wait 2 weeks to receive an update on this issue.
