Cost was $150 plus postage and return slip once I send it back. Nervous to send it back as I don’t believe the company will return the money and I will be out all of the above. No faith in this company
Started to order online and went to cancel, it automatically went through and linked to my card. Tried to cancel and have had very little and unhelpful advice on many different platforms from the Echt team.
The products arrived anyway and were way too small, now Im paying a fortune to send them back and only for store credit. Wouldnt deal with this brand again

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted Echt through email and raised my concern on how I used 650 of my rewards points to redeem a hoodie that was not even available and they took the points out of my account anyways. So I was left with no points and nothing to redeem and 1 point equates to $1.After going on pissed off consumer they quickly rectified the problem and put back my points to get something else.Thank you “pissed off consumer”.
The product that I wanted to redeem wasnt there so I wasted 550 points on something that they said they have but dont.
So Ive lost my rewards points of 550 which Ive spent a lot on to get to that amount of points.

- - Two pairs in the same style and size arrived with different lengths.
- - Returned from Australia for poor quality; store credit issued for sale items.
I ordered two pairs of leggings in the same style and size, with the only difference being color. When they arrived, the items were completely different lengths and different fits at the waist.
Due to this, and the overall poor quality of the leggings, I returned the items and paid a buttload of money to ship it back to Australia. When Echt received the items, they only sent me store credit and claimed that it was because the don't do refunds for sale items. Only part of my order was sale items. It took multiple emails back and forth with customer service for them to realize their mistake and refund the money I was owed.
Customer service was extremely unhelpful and sometimes condescending to me in this whole process. Before I could even request further information about the amount of store credit that was given to me after they corrected their mistake and gave me a partial refund, they closed my ticket and refused to respond to me.

Black Friday Sale items

After not hearing back from ECHT, I contacted PayPal and went through the process of getting my money back. The issue was resolved very quickly and my money was returned to my account.
Im concerned now that I might have ordered 3 of the same item when I only wanted one. Im not impressed with them. I have had one experience previously with this company, when I had an item in my cart go out of stock . There was nothing on the site indicating whensomething was out of stock.At that time, at least you could call and speak to someone who apologized for the inconvenience and offered me 15% credit towards my next order.
I figured I would give them the benefit of the same doubt and try their site again, but overall its been a negative and frustrating experience, so, even if ever hopefully get any response from them about my order I will certainly never be using their website again!! And I will also let people know to be cautious about purchasing anything from them.
