I PLACE AN ORDER ON FEB 19 , 2026 . I WAITED 12 DAYS FOR THIS PACKAGE THIS PACKAGE WAS FOR MY BIRTHDAY COMING UP ON 3/8 .
TODAY 03/02/2026 I HAVE RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION STATING THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT DUE TO THE CARRIER SPEEDEX DELIVERING MY PACKAGE DOWNSTAIRS TO MY BUILDING LOBBY AND LEFT MY PACKAGE BY THE MAILBOX IN A PUBLIC AREA INSTEAD OF DELIVERING MY PACKAGE TO MY FRONT DOOR AND DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF SPEEDEX MY PACKAGE HAS NOW BEEN STOLEN . I HAVE ALSO REACHED OUT TO THE CARRIER SPEEDEX AND HAVE INFORMED THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THE MERCHANT ECHOINE WHICH I DID AND I HAD EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO THEM LETTING THEM KNOW THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND WANT A REFUND THEY RESPONDED AND SAID THEY ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY HAVE CAUSED ME BUT THEY DIDN'T RESOLVE ANYTHING REGARDING REFUNDING ME MONEY BACK , I DO NOT LIKE HOW THERE IS NO NUMBER I CAN CALL TO GET IN CONTACT.

Yes I have contacted the company on numerous occasions. The company didn’t assist me with my issue. Then they contacted me via email upset that I filed a claim against their company with my financial situation.
Today is 12/23/2024 and I placed an order for 16 items that cost me $338. I received numerous emails stating that packages were delivered.
I contacted Echine and they stated that the warehouse had delivered the packages. A week and a half ago, they stated that the last 6 to 7 items were shipped and would be delivered by the end of the week. I still haven't received those items either. My house has a Ring Doorbell that records and detects motion.
I advise everyone not to purchase from this company! They are scamming customers out of their money.
