AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST - run by the incompetent Charles "Darwin". The latest CQC report speaks for itself, and since EBS' last April inspection management has becoming practically non-existent. This company is under criminal investigation following numerous audio recordings, among which Charles "Darwin" instructs one of his staff not to serve the prescribed medicine. Some former workers have compiled several testimonies describing the "utter carelessness" and unlawful "mistreatment" of those in charge - Charles "Darwin" and his wife, located at Castle Cavendish Enterprise Centre, 63-67 St. Peters Street, Nottingham, NG7 3EN (0115) 984 ****. These complains have been forwarded to the Care Quality Commission (CQC), whom are urged to act promptly and seriously. Additional unlawful complains include unpaid holidays (the company has pocketed these expenses), blackmailing (refusing to provide any references to staff whom have decided to leave, taking advantage of their vulnerability), false salary advertising, improper conduct.
