Impossible to contact customer service
I've relied on Ebox for many years, since 2014, and was always happy to stick with them due to consistent helpful phone support, with call centre agents fluent in English. However in the past few months some dramatic change has come about; it's now almost impossible or literally impossible to reach support.
It will tell me I'm #120 in line, would I like a call back. If there are less than 5 hours left in their call centre hours, then forget it, they're not going to get to me. Happens almost every time I call, whether for tech or billing concerns.
(Both of which I've had issues with recently. Billed for a month I'm nearly certain already paid for, at almost double the amount set out in my contract.) Feel I have no choice but to look for a new provider, and I hardly care at all what packages they offer, I'm just looking for one that can answer their phone lines.

Preferred solution: Hire more people to answer customer calls
Still no internet no one knows what is happening losong work time
No internet no one knows what is happening or when issue will be solved losing work time my daughter is losing work time she had to ho to the library , at least give us estimated time when we'll have our service back
