ordered internet service. asked for a service tech to come and make sure all is working.
the tech arrived and advised me he was not to do anything in the house. he told me it was my problem to deal with issues in the house. he decided to check the service coming to the modem, but the modem was not working. I contacted tech support and was on hold for two hours.
I tried to contact them again, but due to the fact I was at work, they could not help. I asked my spouse to go there and call; she was on hold for 2 hours. then she was told she was not on the account. when I arranged service, she was added to the list of people who could make changes to the account.
long story short, I am not happy with customer service and just wish to cancel the service.
I am looking for a refund as the service was never installed or operational. I never used the service, not even for one minute.

Impossible to contact customer service

I've relied on Ebox for many years, since 2014, and was always happy to stick with them due to consistent helpful phone support, with call centre agents fluent in English. However in the past few months some dramatic change has come about; it's now almost impossible or literally impossible to reach support.
It will tell me I'm #120 in line, would I like a call back. If there are less than 5 hours left in their call centre hours, then forget it, they're not going to get to me. Happens almost every time I call, whether for tech or billing concerns.
(Both of which I've had issues with recently. Billed for a month I'm nearly certain already paid for, at almost double the amount set out in my contract.) Feel I have no choice but to look for a new provider, and I hardly care at all what packages they offer, I'm just looking for one that can answer their phone lines.
