Missing product

The unit was out of stock. They didn't advise me and made it still appear as if it shipped!! Bad customer service! I had to chat with someone to find this information. Please remove out of stock units!! Update the website daily!

Messed up my Order

I ordered the ultima Dalva Collagen protein ripple wave crochet hair from Amazon. My package was delivered yesterday. The package contained a used dirty sweater and packaging receipts for another persons order and packing bag. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Please kindly send me the hair ASAP as ai need it by next week or please send me a refund.

Bad delivery time

Ive been waiting three weeks for my delivery package only for them to refund me part of my money through PayPal. PayPal contacted me concerning the partial refund, but Ebony line did not. They did not reach out to the customer at all just to see if the customer wanted to cancel the order because they did not have all of the products on hand at this time I do not want the products and now theyre saying theyve shipped it out three weeks later I dont want it. I emailed them and let them know I want a refund very poor customer service very poor.

I purchased some items on ebonyline on a Monday. They advertised the items that were in stock and same day.

So, I purchased them and paid extra to get it delivered on Friday.

I received my confirmation, but there were no status updates. I had to email ebonyline to get a response. Now, this is the interesting part,

I got an email stating that some items are not in stock!! The item will be sent when it comes back in stock.

Now, I'm stuck with an incomplete order. That will take 2-7 business days. Now, I paid extra to get my order within 1-3 days.

I just wanted my refund.

Please keep your items. Thank you.
