I purchased some items on ebonyline on a Monday. They advertised the items that were in stock and same day.
So, I purchased them and paid extra to get it delivered on Friday.
I received my confirmation, but there were no status updates. I had to email ebonyline to get a response. Now, this is the interesting part,
I got an email stating that some items are not in stock!! The item will be sent when it comes back in stock.
Now, I'm stuck with an incomplete order. That will take 2-7 business days. Now, I paid extra to get my order within 1-3 days.
I just wanted my refund.
Please keep your items. Thank you.
