Resolved: Missing ticket
Hello!
On september 23th 2023 i bought 5 tickets. Four and then separately one ticket.
I just checked my email and i only have first order with 4 tickets (order 1073****) and theres no ticket which i bought separately few minutes later.
Ive just contacted my bank and they confirmed that the payment was successfull for the ticket, but i dont have it.
How can i find the ticket and could you please check all the information about it. Thank you.
