Paid £70.00 almost and have no selling service...RIP OFF,
I paid £69.99. Account was validated by email.
Listed one item today with photos and the listing is not showing.
Very disappointed. Spoke with EBid engineers who wanted to charge me another £1.00 to take further information,
Should I not receive full payment I will ask my bank to claim it back.

I have a major problem but cannot communicate with eBid because aparently you never receive my messages except when I complain here.
I get so tired if repeating thhis over and over and finally getting ine reply that asked for more information, so I sent it and again NOTHING, for some reason you are not receiving my emails and I am not getting any replies from them. NO COMMUNICATION!!!

I sent the screen shots LAST NIGHT around Midnight, NO REPLY< NOTHING! AGAIN
I have tried setting up an account with them 6 times & every time it tells me it's going to send a very email to my email on file & then never does.
I have signed up for an account 6 times & every time it tells me that they are going to send a verification email to the email address on file & then never does. They have taken money from my account but my account isn't set up because they haven't verified my account.

Verified Reviewer |Stopped all access to account with no warning and I had thing on auctions that took hours thanks to put up there because of not user friendly website
Finally got a contact me link after a week. Just want my money back fromThis ripoff. Ordered something and never got it either.
If you cannot contact customer service immediately buying or selling no i wont use. I wasted time and money already there
Finally got account set up following all their rules posted. Day 4 go to sign in ant find out I cant access anything and it all
Had been stopped with NO notice i want to cancel
My lifetime subscription and get my money back and go somewhere where the do things proper. For ex please send theses papers in in 24 hours or else. Not this well spring it on me out of blue and then I have all this crap I have to do to just contact them?
I had to post my business on a forum before? I cant even get to the subscription part to cancel! Im done here I hate wasting my time stupidly like this.

something wrong with the contact form...keeps saying a problem with my email address... .there is a problem on the site...sales have disappeared...google search results show my item out of stock...i only checked 1 but unknown about the other 850 items at this time...here is what it shows...
this is what shows up in a google search for 1 of my items...not sure what shows up for the other 850 items,,,shows out of stock so no one is going to click on the item...
they went and removed something from my profile ...not sure what...since then sales have dived...when i try to contact them jt says there is a problem with my email address...so no way to communicate with them...i have over 850 items listed...it was going ok for a while after i purchases the lifetime deal...now its like they want to dump me...they only make 2% per sale on me...
seems like they do not have enough help...no customer service phone #...so maybe you are better off paying their regular 6% fee...
