Part of order not delivered Supplier and EBAy not interested. It is impossible to get any help from EBAY and their online chat is designed to cut you off before the problem is resolved.

User's recommendation: Dont use EBAY under any circumstances they have no interest in their customers or in the dishonest behaviour of the sellers on their site.

Ebay provides poor customer support with hacking issues

The ineptness of customer service in regard to a hacking is driving me mad. I have spent hours going around in circles trying to speak to a person. Initially, I got through to somebody who helped me secure my account. I told him I was being sent messages to pay my 'insertion fees'. He told me to ignore them. Now I am suspended and the email demands for money are beginning to get threatening. My frustration level is beginning to make me ill. Has being suspended stopped letting me speak to a person? Why are the numbers suggested simply recorded messages telling you to go the eBay website?

I have order a part for my car it did not arrive and its hard to contact the seller because i have buy it as a guest the seller does not reply on my emails I have order this item please find my Attachment

User's recommendation: Would not recommend anyone to buy as a guest or to buy from ebay at all because there is no way to contact ebay I tried everything.
