Verified ReviewerTrying to use gift card online
I have received a gift card which I wanted to use online with a 20%off online coupon. When I tried to check out it said I could not use the gift card online.
I tried calling my local Eat n Park and was told that many people use gift cards online all the time. No help offered to fix the problem.
I had a hard time finding the customer service number even when googling for it. I left a message and hope to hear soon from someone.
Preferred solution: To be able to place order online and use gift card and online coupon.
I went to this restaurant yesterday for dinner with my dinner I got the salad bar
With my dinner which was the shredded pot roast sandwich I got 2 sides one was the salad bar the salad bar had soggy green peppers and not so good looking cucumbers on it so I skipped those but I got my other normal things which also included garbanzo beans well have through my meal I started to not feel very well I started to feel very nausea I went to the restroom ended up losing my super I informed the manager that I think that the garbanzo beans are sour because I just got sick in the bathroom she said they would change them and I also told her about the green peppers and the cucumbers and she said that is how they received the product I asked how can you put something out that looks like that she said that is what the company wants she then told me she would take the salad bar off of my check and went to the back I am so you state you are for freshness and things this salad bar did not look so good this time and I have been to this location several times and have never had an issue with the salad bar I have also never gotten sick from anything from this restaurant.

Bad service
The whole time my friend and I was there out waitress didn't come to our table refull our drinks so when I asked what I thought was the hostess found out later it was the Manger to refill my drink she like ignored me until I asked her again. Then made up something about milkshake and made a point to be by our table when saying to our waitress having to make that many milkshakes is crazy. Come on now!

Dined in with my husband, He ordered a black angus super burger add fries with a side of gravy, and a bowl of stuffed pepper soup that he had been looking forward to for days, I ordered cheese sticks, an original super burger with fries. Our server had some kind of rash with scabs on her stems and a dirty brace on her right wrist.
We added vanilla milkshakes to our order. She asked if we still wanted water and we said yes. She came out of the back with 2 glasses of water, 2 milkshakes, 2 silverwares and extra napkins in her arms. The rims of the water glasses were on her arms and the one milkshake was against her dirty shirt, I think she still had whipped cream on her shirt when we left.
The food finally came out after a bit of a wait, the problem was she brought out the 2 burgers and fries, no gravy, no cheese sticks, and no soup. My husband asked where his gravy was and soup, she went back and got gravy and a cup of soup. He said to take the soup back cause he ordered a bowl so she took it back and didnt bring a bowl back. She never came back until she brought the check.
I never got cheese sticks and he never got his soup. Very disappointed, her name was Shannon, it was around 4:30, April 24

Poor customer service
I purchased 4 dinners at your Latrobe #57. Thru your drive thru.
My dinner was the Hot pot Roast sandwich with fries and gravy on the side. I got to my moms house and they did not give me my fries. I called to tell the store what happened. The girl said to come back and get them.
I asked for a credit and she asked her manager. Manager said the best he could do was send me a gift card for the price of the fries. But he is not sure when I will get it. I spent $47.66 today and I will not return again.
The manager did not even have the courtesy to speak to me . WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Hubby & I ordered pick-up of 2 whale of a cod dinners,$13.99 each...Size of fish was very small, fries were greasy,soggy & only enough tor 2 mouthfuls...Being longtime customers of EatnPark 16046, we are extremely disappointed & as seniors on fixed incomes,would rather not take chances on substandard meals...Diana Herrmann

We go to location of route 51 because of good service and food. Well that ended today a pre birthday lunch.
It took our waitress 12 minutes to acknowledge us another worker got our drinks and kept apologizing. We were about to all out when she showed up , due to her attitude I wish we had. I ordered a belt with extra bacon, she kept saying a side of bacon and I kept saying on the sandwich. I asked for a refill on my wifes drink as we seldom saw her.
I finished the last 3 sips from the original drink. My wife drank it all and asked for a refill. She told my wife wr shared the drink. She explained to her and got more attitude, when I asked for a water refill got attitude again.
Her name is Beth. My wife refused to leave a tip and I took her out as I was worried she was going to verbally tell the waitress off. If she doesnt want to be there then dont. We are upset and intend to tell our friends and family.
We did not speak to manager as we doubt anything will be done. So our afternoon is ruined and youve lost a steady customer. My wife has done customer service in various jobs for over 40 years. Even on a bad day she would not have been haughty or rude.
My wife usually leaves 30%. So everyone lost today. I am requesting a response back from your company.

Was wondering why the Hot Turkey Sandwich hasnt been put back on the menu? That is my favorite meal and the only reason we eat there.
And as a loyal customer at least 3 times a week, our business has been going elsewhere.
Please bring the Hot Turkey Sandwich back! Thank you

EatnPark doesn't value their customers
EatnPark does not care about their customers and has the worst food,especially for breakfast. If you are not familiar with EatnPark, it is a chain of restaurants in the Pennsyvania,Ohio and West Virginia area similar to a Denny's.
I have gone their for breakfast a few times and lately their food gets worse everytime I go,but this time I will never go their again.Their breakfast buffet costs about $7 and the food if horrible.The eggs are in chunks sitting in water,the toast is hard as rock, the bacon is all fat and greasy,the silver dollar pancakes are hard on the edges and stale, and the fruit seems like it is reused on the buffet everyday.I have complained to the manager a few times in the past 3 years,with the last time being back in January of this year, when the supposedly non-smoking restaurant had almost a dozen smokers in front of the restaurant smoking.I went past them,despite me being on portable oxygen with lung problems and got seated near the rest of their large group from Macy's who were being loud and obnoxious,clapping and yelling every few minutes at a so called meeting.When I told the manager,he did nothing and didn't even apologize, and when I emailed the company they sent me an apology letter. Today, I went there to give the buffet another try thinking it would be ok,but of course it was lousy,as previously described,and when I told the manager,he ignored me. I told him I needed my bill since I wanted to leave and my waitress was nowhere to be found.When I went to pay,he was waiting for me at the register, and when I told him I did not care for the food,he belittled me and asked if I was the one who complained months ago about the smoking. I said yes, and he then ignored my complaint and asked me why I come back here when I don't like the food.Well,there are not alot or restaurants where I live and it is convenient so that is why I thought I would try it again today.The manager then told me that since I complain all the time he doesn't want me to come back to his restaurant!
Would you believe that? I haven't been to this place in months and the last few times I ate here, I paid my bill without saying anything.Well, I am done with all EatnPark restaurants since this is the way they treat their customers,especially disables ones and my friends and family will also never eat at an EatnPark again!

People smoke OUTSIDE..so walk you're *** around, it's really pathetic that you have nothing else to do but complain...I wouldn't allow you to come back either...I can bet that all these places you complain about roll they're eyes in the back of their heads and think oh here we go again the lady who *** about everything, congratulations you labeled yourself ...why don't you just take a step back and maybe realize how you treat others and maybe try to be a little positive. It really works...stop feeling bad for yourself, and maybe try some positive responses...
I am with the manager I would not like you to come back either, it seems like everywhere you go you are ripped off or treated badly.
Not Fooling everyone you said it, she asks for lots of freebies (mostly food) in her other letters. I requested she use food stanps.
Why not try cooking at home? It's more convenient to buy groceries and fix up dinner than driving out to a restaurant where you know the food isn't so great.
Not to mention with the high gas prices nowadays, this could even save you more time and money. If you didn't like the food several times you've been there, doesn't going back again seem a bit ridiculous?
Not fooling anyone, she has a habit of complainig for petty things. She also has a habit to try to get things for free.
If she does not agree with you she results to being rude and nasty. He does not even teach her children to clean up after themselves. If they make a mess she rudely tells people that she does not get paid to clean up her messes. She is rude, and self centered and thinks the universe revolves around her.
She is passing this prastice on to her children. She claims to be an adult but I think she is some child wanting attention by posting letters.
Of course they don't value a "customer" who complains about factors that a chain/buffet can't control. People smoking outside?
Others being too loud?
If you noticed that the buffet didn't look fresh, why would you ever return? Answer: to complain & try to get something free!
