Hi I would like to report my case with easystorage which they took my right away from my stored stuff with them and i am unhappy about them they treated me unfair and i complained with their own complaint department they were bias they discriminated against me as i am not a human being i am rude and they accused me for abusive language . They were so rude with me and lack of etiquette in customer service they took over my stored stuff they told me we dont care how you feeling we are Following the policies which is let the customer freeze in cold . I asked them i need to return my stuff as soon as possible unfortunately they disappointed me the said you have to pay£149 to return your stuff by the nearest date which is 7th12/2023 and i told them i came back from abroad i haven't got anything with me to warm myself they refused my request totally and now i paid for returning cost to be deliver on 7th from 1:00 to 5:00 I would like to take a legal action against them because i found out there is no human rights in this case then the second thing is the complaint handler was so rude and threatened for further action against me Discriminated against me they accused me I look forward to your solution Kindest regards
