Theft and swindle company

I am about to start legal proceedings against Easyspace Ltd., in the UK. My main charge against them is that they stole £600.00 from my credit card, which they took under the name of a different company, but so many others charges as well.
From the internet I have found 126 pages of complaints and every page is about theft and swindle.
Do not have any business of any kind with this company or the other companies it uses to steal and cheat -

Hosting Auto Renew Rip-off
- - Auto-renew was turned back on and charged £850, 30 days before due.
- - Shoddy service and hardware failures cost me clients; refunds were refused.
Easyspace have basically stolen my money. After a shoddy service and constant issues with my Dedicated server (first the motherboard failed then the hard drive completely died) I was forced to move all my clients elsewhere.
I set the hosting auto renew off so the service would lapse. They turned it back on and charged my credit card £850, 30 days before my actual hosting was due for renew. They refused to refund it even though I wasn't using the hosting and didn't want it.
The customer service is appalling - they have cost me my business and taken money for something I don't want and don't use. Do not use this company.
