Phone number is incorrect so couldn't get through to them. I have emailed them again and put in a dispute with clearpay

Additional shipment charges
Hi, I bought an item and pay the shipment Fee for this but I'm receiving an email from Aramex that I need to pay additional fee for the them to proceed. I don't know if this is scam or not but my item is on hold. Can you advice and fix this because I paid the items and shipping fee.
