Dying snake plant

My snake plant is irretrievably ill. I've been talking to various people about replacing it.

I'm so sure it's dying, I've bought a replacement plant from you. I've also sent pictures of my sick snake to two different people in your department.

No access to a live representative

As a potential blind customer, it's much more user-friendly to speak with a live representative. I've been attempting to locate a working number to no avail. Why don't you have such a number?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I ordered one plant and got two. Easyplant refunded the one I did not order.
