I waited 15 minutes and nothing changed

If is very fast rating that the company is avoiding customers on the phone

I am an elderly woman that does not know how to use online services

I parked at Jericho beach tried to pay for my parking. The machine said validating ticket for 15 minutes with out moving ahead to payment

I tried 3 times with the same problem

You can look at the machine record to verify my situation

After I disputed with them for 1 week, I became tired and sick because of how much injustice there is and what kind of soulless people, without the conscience that they are harming others, without professionalism.They didn’t recognize I was in the car, they told me that they saw the pictures but I wasn’t in there. How can I be in pictures next to my car when their employee told me to step aside to take pictures of my car?At the end I paid 98$

If I could give them -5 stars, that's what they would get from me. Very sneaky, very disappointed about their services and unprofessional employees.
Last Wednesday, April 3rd I just parked my car on this lot around 2pm, and I wanted to go to pay for parking, but in meantime I received a phone call and I stayed in my car 2 minutes to finish the conversation.

In all these 2 minutes, a patrol employee appeared at my car window with the fine ticket. I was shocked because I didn't even turn off my car engine, and she already gave me a ticket. I got out of the car immediately and asked her why she gave me a ticket because I just wanted to go and pay for my parking. She said "sorry, I didn't see you in the car, and now I can't cancel the ticket, but you can make a complaint online and EasyPark will cancel the ticket".
After that, she showed me on my phone how to go to their website and submit the complaint.

Also, this lady asked me to step aside in front of my car so she could take a picture of my car. My mistake was that I had to take pictures and video to prove that I was there, but I was so stressed and frustrated about what happened. Starting from last Wednesday, it's already been 5 days that I have email conversation back and forth with EasyPark, and they continue not to accept the truth, telling me that I'm not in the picture submitted by their employee.

How can I be in the pictures when their employee told me to step aside? And they are telling me that I have to pay $77 for the ticket, now I don't know if I don't have to pay even $150 because if it is not paid in 32 days, the value increases.
Very sneaky people, deceitful behavior and unprofessional business.

I received EasyPark Violation #EP323160**** in error on 11/20/23. I have the receipt Ticket # 00013759 from machine CP62-17 for $8.25 at Stanley Park.

Purchase date/time 01:25pm Nov 20 2023, start time 01:27pm Nov 20 2023.

Expiration date/time 12:00am Nov 21, 2023. License plate number BIG1449

Please cancel violation and notify me that it has been canceled at the above email.

They robbed my dad

EasyPark should be held to account for what they did to my elderly father. He paid for his parking at Lonsdale Quay, entered his license plate number into the machine, but didn't display the ticket inside his car.

Got a fine even though he paid for his parking.

If he inputted his license plate number and paid money into their machine then why is the onus on him to prove that he paid to park in their lot? This is a nasty, pedantic company that fines honest people.

I park my car at queen Elizabeth park, i tried to pay with credit card but the machine keep saying insert your card I tried several times. Even with different card , but same message i keep on coming

My Hyundai Palisade SUV, parked at Yaletown Public Parking was vandalized on Sep 1, 2023. The rear passenger door window was broken, a couple of bags were pulled out of the car and a few valuable personal items were stolen.

The total loss is around $1000.
As my car insurance does not cover the loss (due to the $1000 deductible) I have asked EasyPark to cover the loss.

EasyPark declined based on the posted signage which states they do not accept any responsibility for theft, loss or damage to vehicles.
It is disappointing to park in a paid, underground, security monitored parking lot and learn there is no protection. Instead of safeguarding the cars, the security agents shrug their shoulders and direct victims to file insurance claims.

Violation received while I had paid for parking already

I parked 30 yards from the kiosk where I am to pay. I got all my stuff out of the car for the beach walked to the kiosk paid went to the beach came back and found a ticket issued to me the exact minute that my parking ticket was issued.

Easy park refuses to do anything about this, because they cant find a piece of paperwork showing exactly the minute that the ticket was issued.

It doesnt matter to them that I actually paid for two hours of parking. Shameless company.
