No one will assist in getting my account back or confirm
I have been a customer got over 20 years.
They will not tell me the security questions I can answer. They have crippled my account so that I cant reset my password via email DMs or get to the security question.
They want the last 4 of a card I used 20 years ago to set up an account???
C'mon get real
20 years at 29.95 a month! That a lot of money to cookie cutter an email thru will blame it on my Mab but haha I have PCs too and nope no workee
Maybe they need a new ring madtrr as the assclown tech support will not call or get me to a manager

I purchased Easynews to download music. When i tried to log in it did not work.
I tried to contact through messaging site but their website does not work.
I found their phone number which was hard to find. I called and waited over an hour and gave up.

Cancell Subscription
I have been trying for several months now to cancel my subscription to Easynews. The service is so old and has gone unused for so long I can't remember either my user name or password.
And I can find no way to retrieve them.
No one calls my repeated calls, emails or text messages. I WANT YOU TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ASAP!DON'TDO

Cancell Subscription
Have emailed this company several months and several tries to cancel my subscription at no Prevail. Have not used easy news for over a year and found out that my credit card has been being charged all this time please cancel my subscription.
It was a great service but I no longer need it. So hopefully one way or another I should get reimbursed for all this time since I emailed you

Got contacted back by Easynews customer service
It looks like their contact form is somehow not working properly.
When I tried to contact them, and send the notification, then the contact form kind of reset itself without confirming that the message has been sent.
And this misled me into thinking that the message would not reach them.
Again I want everyone to know that I used the pissedconsumer platform as an alternate platform in order to reach them, no because I was pissed per se.
