No one will assist in getting my account back or confirm
- I have been a customer for 20+ years.
- There is no access to security questions or password reset.
- They require last 4 digits of a card used years ago.

They will not tell me the security questions I can answer. They have crippled my account so that I cant reset my password via email DMs or get to the security question.

I tried to contact through messaging site but their website does not work.
I found their phone number which was hard to find. I called and waited over an hour and gave up.

Cancell Subscription
- Customer tried to cancel for months; charges continued.
- They haven't used the service in over a year and seek cancellation and a refund.
Have emailed this company several months and several tries to cancel my subscription at no Prevail. Have not used easy news for over a year and found out that my credit card has been being charged all this time please cancel my subscription.
It was a great service but I no longer need it. So hopefully one way or another I should get reimbursed for all this time since I emailed you

Got contacted back by Easynews customer service
- The contact form resets and does not confirm the message was sent.
- I used pissedconsumer as an alternate platform to reach them.
It looks like their contact form is somehow not working properly.
When I tried to contact them, and send the notification, then the contact form kind of reset itself without confirming that the message has been sent.
And this misled me into thinking that the message would not reach them.
Again I want everyone to know that I used the pissedconsumer platform as an alternate platform in order to reach them, no because I was pissed per se.
User's recommendation: When you contact them be a bit patient ( I will let them know about this contact for issue)
