Fraud Real Estate
Department of Justice needs to shut down this business. They are Fraud and dangerous! Stay away from this Company.

Horrible experience
They said I would receive 75% of my appraisal of $515k. They were so nice to start with.
Said they would make the repairs and I could lease back for $3200 per month. This sounded good. It would give me time to find another house, pay cash for it, and move.
I got $288k. They have all the rest of my money.
They've done no repairs at all and suggested that I just list it. So I listed it. Without the repairs done, it shows badly and we keep having to drop the price.
I didn't get enough cash to do the repairs myself or I would.
I am stuck between a rock and a mountain.
I feel like I've been scammed into losing a great deal of my inheritance. If you're thinking of going this route, DON'T!!

Update
Salesperson didn't understand his product and wasted 30 plus days of my time. He took full responsibility.
But that still didn't help. In the end his lack of understanding left be behind the 8 ball.
