Verified ReviewerEasy Wireless has alot of issues its hard to get anything completely resolved or sobit seems. Its hard to get redponses back from them online thriugh email and even if you go inti a store location.

I feel like their overall ability to access their entire network system to. e able to see exactly what is going on and be able to not only resolve issues but also be able ti explain to customer why it happened and how to prevent any future recurring issues as well.

I've called 611 for several days. No one answered.
My Phone is saying, Sign In To Network. I finally had to utilize another Phone to get your Phone Number. The Guy that I spoke with said that it was because of my Data. He said that I could Purchase 1 Gig for $10 and it would work.
It's still doing the same thing.
I hit Restart two times. I feel like I'm getting scammed

I havent had Internet for over a week I was told last month that my plan was unlimited Im having to use husbands hotspot when hes not at work I just want to know whats going on, do I need to get another service provider Ive been trying for over a week to get ahold of a representative and after being on hold for 30 min the phone goes dead!!
