Order confirmed never shipped. After two months I asked for a partial shipment so I could get bulbs in the ground before it gets too cold I spoke to a service representative but have still not receive

Charge me for calling with a complaint? Are you kidding me?
Not paying another dime to get this resolved. I will never purchase anything from them again. They never handle calls or emails ...bulbs didn't bloom and never get back to you.

I couldnt get through to anyone to give additional address information it was very frustrating!! I have no idea if anyone was able to correct mailing address!! This is my first time with this company and if this isnt resolved and taken care of, I will not order from you again or give a good review!
