They got me for 99.00 dollars

They had me to sign up with Credit Pros to fix my credit.... Ron told me I would get a Welcome letter in 24 hours...Then on Tuesday he would send me a list of RTO homes....I should then take my paperwork with my client ID# and talk with the homeowner..give the homeowner my paperwork from the company do a walk through of the house and sign my contract with the homeowner and set a move in date with the homeowner...

If the homeowner had a problem...give him a call and he would speak to the homeowner on my behalf to explain the process....

But what he didn't know is I worked with our City Police Department.

This guy Ron kind of gave me the run around & wanted me to pay $200 for Lexington Law to help with my credit. They never actually could give me an address for a home or even the amazing one they list. Total Scam!!!

these people are a scam.. they do not provide any information of there business including address.

they say they are not allowed to provide that because people get upset that they do not qualify and they threatened them. any business (Legit) under law is required to provide their business information such as address and contact. they claimed that i called them but i never did. they asked me regarding residence, income family size and wanted my social.

claimed that Lexington Law needed my social security number to help with credit. funny story is i never needed any assistance with any housing or credit. i am perfectly fine. claimed they would send my a listing of properties within 5 business days after signing up with Lexington law.

i would have to give them my social security over the phone ( not even through a legit website or form ) like im some idiot, and yet pay ( Lexington Law firm ). when i denied them all info they claimed that i was just mad that i was the one with bad credit and hung up. Again, i never contacted them and my credit is perfectly fine.

scam scam scam. names given: Geine, Ron, will and Brandy with "Lexington Law Firm" scammers.!!!

It was ok

I was online looking to find a house to rent and I called the number and a guy by the name Ron assured me about renting to own a home. Long story short never got an ad online but I was telling me I can go Zillow or Trulia and look for a home ...etc find Realtor and let them know about them...and I did just that and the realtor never heard of them.

And yes they had me to get Lexington law to help with my credit I pay $49.00 a month...not to much worried about them cause I do need my credit repair...I've had them before. But yes I've done research on EZ homeownership...that same lady sound like a foreigner always answers the and it's always this guy by the name Ron gets on later and try to tell you what you want to hear. They are a SCAM!!!

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM EZ HOMEOWNERSHIP...EVEN THE ADS ON FACEBOOK IS TOTALLY FAKE. ***

Beware this scam

I'm searching for an affordable apartment for my starving student niece. I found two ads in the Asheville, NC Craig's List; each offered a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom rent-to-own townhouse in the same downtown neighborhood.

Both used the same picture of the interior of a luxury dwelling. When I called for information I was told that in order to get the addresses I would have to contact a credit agency called Lexington Law, pay a sign-up fee, and sign a contract to pay them $99/month for an undetermined amount of time. Then and only then would I be able to find out if Easy Home Ownership actually had any rent-to-own homes in the Asheville Area. Lexington Law also has a very bad reputation online.

The call center(s) is very obviously not in the USA. This set-up preys on vulnerable young people and people who are already in financial trouble.

Easy Home Ownership - Customer Care Review

I agree with Mohib & team. Company a scam.

They told me to join Lexington Law firm at a certain number they gave me, get an client ID and call them back. I did exactly as they instructed. The next day, I get a call saying because I registered with another rent-to-own company they couldn't help me this is what Arlene said at extension 104. That was a lie, because I know I didn't register with another company.

The next thing she said was I gave her the wrong phone number so Lexington Law Firm couldn't confirm the number I gave her. That was a lie. Arlene then said I called the wrong number at Lexington Law Firm so I repeated the number she gave me back to her and it was the same one. She said she was confused and supervisor would call me back.

Brenda called back about 5 minutes later and said she couldn't help me because I had chosen another rent-to-own company. When I said that was not true, Brenda said she would investigate and get back to me. I called Lexington Law firm for the third time and they said it was not possible that any of their Associates could have given Brenda that info. They have many different numbers they use.

Here are a few: 888.340.5369, 866.795.6505, 844.631.7553, 866.297.8706, 888.205.8505. Stay away from all of them. They are a scam.

I wish someone would paste this to facebook, Craigslist, etc. I don't know how.

I worked with this company along with a team of my 5 people, receiving calls and transferring customers to Lexington law.

The slogan is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom $400 rent a month, well its a scam stay away form this company we have been receiving calls doing advertisement on Craiglist and Facebook.

We worked whole month of Oct owner of the company Brenda Kemp refuses to pay at the end.

The reality is that this is completely fraud non of customer ever got a house on $400 rent. Its a scam I would suggest new workers from Pakistan, India, Philippine, Jamaica or Bangladesh to stay away from Brenda Kemp or Easy home ownership she will not pay you at the end of the month.

For people who needs rent to own home please stay away from this fraud otherwise you'll be required to be transferred to Lexington law to repair you credit score, they will put you in a contract you will end up paying them $200 a month and will never get a home.
Never call this number 888) 205-****

Please feel free to provide the street address for the call center. When you call, they lie and say that they're in CA, NY, FL.

One agent gave me their name and extension while claiming to be in NY. I called back and got someone else who said they were in FL.

The funny thing is, I requested to be transferred to the last person, gave the extension, and he said that they worked at the same call center, lol.

So, Mohib, do tell so I can confront them with the truth next time I call and warn them that they likely won't be getting paid. ***, I might even give *the actual home address* of Brenda which I verified through diligent research in exchange so that you can send her a greeting card, lol.
