Run the other way

The home that we rent to own we are paying the property taxes on it and we don't own it not only that but it has multiple issues the wiring is totally screwed up the AC and heat don't work we are using window units and space heaters and he has no leniency when it comes to getting his money I've had plumbing problems electrical problems Heating and air-conditioning problems and flooring problems but he demands has money or he's going to throw you out within 10 days after the rent being late he gives you an eviction notice which you only have 14 days according to his agreement that he makes you sign to deal with this person is truly heartless I believe my kids ran up and tried to hug him and he froze like he's never seen a kid before I wish I would never have given him the $2,000 down payment he said he was going to give me credit for a deposit on another property that I left but he didn't ever give me the credit for it on paper I don't wish this on my worst enemy not only that he has been charging us for trash and we have never had our trash picked up not only that but we have inherited a rat problem and he does not care not only that but we have a raccoon and dogs and cats and the neighborhood that cause major problems for us and trust me if you get in business with this guy you will be sorry and you are forced to pay your rent on his website which charges you 3% so your payment of $700 will cost you $721

No watwe

A water main broke on Sunday afternoon 7/30/2017. It is now Tuesday 8/01/2017. Still no water and no sign of a repair truck. When I asked the manager about when I would have water again, I was told that the plumber will show up when the plumber shows up. The lack of water is not limited to me. There are several trailers that do not have water either. The temperatures are in the 80s. Children that live here in the park start school today. The tenants that live here can not afford to stay in a hotel so they can take a shower. Can you force Easyhomenow to send a plumber to fix the water?

We experienced the same thing you did regarding Water and No Notice either! What area do you live in? This might not be the same City that we reside in.

I definitely understand for sure i did a lease purchase through him an needless to say the home ended up being trough together and we have had so many repairs its not funny at all but its been too long to just give him all the money ive paid on the place. Needless to say i would never recommend this company to anyone ever ....rip off makes you pay taxes to him plus makes you get home ins on a property that is not in your name...so you have to go through a company he knows in order to get it and well they are a rip off as well...its one big money scheme and granite he is gettting rich ripping people that dont have credit to bit a new home off... I will be so glad when mine is paid off ....

Lied to , Cheated out of a Home

Easy Home Now - Lied to , Cheated out of a Home
In 2012 I put a down payment on a fixer upper mobile home in Acworth Ga. The man who came out to sell me the home didn't own it but some 3 and half years later claimed to be the property manager . To begin with he brought me out a lease agreement and claimed he had picked up the wrong paper work and he would meet me back at the property the next day to fix it but that I should go on and sign the paperwork as I gave him 700.00 down , and it would hold the legalities till the next day . He came back the next day with my new papers and voided out the old one and I took possession of the home . Months later he sent me a text saying the " County " was coming out for an inspection . He had forgotten to tell me that the house was on the *** of being condemned due to what the last tenant had told them . When the county came out , they had a list of things that had needed to be done before anyone could inhabit the home . Luckily I passed the the codes they came out to enforce . Repairs I did myself or had been done at my expense . I was aggravated that he had not told me that and I threatened had I not come to code then I would want my money back and he assured me that everything would be fine and it was . The house was in bad need of repairs , more than I could afford myself . So a lot of things did not get done by the end of 3 and half years . Then the foundation was structually impaired to the point walls were comprised , floors too and they were falling through to the ground outside . The entire ceiling is buckled down to the point the walls inside of being crushed into the floors . I told him and he explained I had bought it as is . I began being late on payments in order to find money to repair the home to be safe . He then began sending me late payment notices , along with late fee's upon late fee's , and late fee's that were upon Tax bills he would try and collect from me . Long story short , he took me to court to evict me , and lost , because I had paid all that was due long before he took me to court . I had all my paper work . He was disorganized and lost the case against me . He tried to work out a deal where I would rent the home from him and he would not fix anything , or I could start over on buying it with a lease purchase . I refused and walked away . He lied to me , from the start , and I was cheated out of a home that I paid 3 and half years on . An attorney even tried to help me and he ignored her and never answered one letter . His mailing addresses are from a UPS store near Atlanta , not a proper address for any type of legitimate business , in my opinion . He would never speak by phone , only text and by email , after I found him selling another piece of property on Craigslist .
