I still haven't got my watch
I called last week that tell him I haven't got my watch that I reorder the first one I got was broken so I called and they said they'll send me another one and I had not received it so if I don't get it soon I won't be doing business with you people anymore and I pay for that watch and I still haven't got one that work

Lack of help. collapsing Rollator.
Finally I unscrewed parts and sent it on its way to Oshkosh UPS. Rollator was much too big for a 5 foot 2 woman to manage

I bought a rollator from you..Decided it was too big for me.needed to collapse it to return .couldnt do it. Easy comfort sent diagrams which didnt apply no one would come to the phone so I could explain the problem.
Finally I unscrewed parts.brought it to UPS and its on its way to Oshkosh

I ordered quite a few items from this place and I ordered it for express shipment which is overnight. Needless to say, I never received my items and they still have not yet shipped out.
When I called yesterday the customer service representative said they would credit me back the express shipping. They sent an invoice showing that I would not get charged the shipping and then this morning they charged me back the shipping but I have yet to receive any product from them. I called and said that they need to refund me my shipping back and they advised me they cannot until I received the items.
This company is a fraud. I will be fighting this charge and if I ever get the stuff that I ordered it will all go back and I will get my refund.

Returned a damaged item
I received a padded seat commode and the seat had a tear in it. I called and they sent me a return label.
Rachel told me on 9/30 that my refund would be received by me in 7 - 10 business days. Have not received it. Have made three more calls to them. No-one knows what is going on with my account.
The customer service people are very hard to understand and they seem to be reading from a script. Very robotic and no personal service. I have asked them to spell their names and they never do. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and am ignored.
One rep. put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never got back to me. They other rep. said I would be receiving my refund in two billing cycles - that is 60 days.
I have e-mailed them with complaint and have had 5 - 6 replies they would get back to me in 24 hours - have never heard from them. Will I ever get a refund?

Never ever again
i will never ever buy anything from you ever ever i tried to order something and you keep trying to sell me something that i did not want itold them i did not want anything other then what i had already order i am telling everyone i know not to buy anything thing from and telling them never ever buy anything from you ever againg i amputing it on facebook telling everyone i know about and our newspapers and news on tv that are out here in las vegas and if you think i will not try it then watch out because i will all the time and i know a lot of people and i am putting it on my facebook page there will be a lot of people not buying from you i am also telling everyone in my family not to order from you and if thay get something from you in the mail get ried of it like i said before do not send me anything ever ever ever again

Paid off bill, then got stuck with late fee
I owed 68 dollars on my account, and they claimed I missed a payment last month, so I paid the remaining amount including the late fee. I just got a letter stating I owed 68 dollars AND a 14.99 LATE FEE.
I called, they didn't fix the issue. I will NEVER buy from this shady company ever again.
They're overpriced anyway. Jeers!
