Verified ReviewerResolved: I made an order to Easy canvas and didn't get a confirm email. I called a representative immediately and she said there no order under my name.
- - No order under my name; reps hung up; on third call it was found under a different email.
- - Refund in 14 days; money was taken immediately.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Refund my money to my bank in 14 days Seems they can take my money money immediately but drag their feet gathering interest for 14 days
After the representatives confirmed that no order under my name was placed the reps said they would transfer me to billing instead they hung up on me twice. On my third call the rep.
said she found my order under a different email. All three reps were rude; interrupting me and talking over me. Finally the rep said my money would be returned in 14 Days. They took my money immediately but no take 14 days to refund stolen money.
I have had refunds made instantly in the same day so I know it's possible. There's nothing "easy about easy canvas!

Never received pic after tons of emails
- - Ordered a picture for my daughter's bridal shower but never received it.
- - A replacement was sent but did not arrive; no refund or reply from them.
Ordered picture for my daughters bridal shower. Never received it.
They stayed another one was sent still nothing. Emailed them. Nothing. They finally email back still no picture.
Asked for refund. No response.
They are horrible. Never order from them again.
