Charged $347 by Diswasher Repair Service that made four trips to our home, costing us 3 afternoons of missed work, and dishwasher still does not work.

EZ Appliance, Willowick, OH, sent service man, Mark, out to our home to repair a dishwasher. We waited a week till he came.
Though I told EZ the error code, Mark came without the part, necessitating another call a week later. Then he came with the part. Since dishwasher still wouldn't work, he ordered another part. Another week lost.
He came with new control panel a week later. Dishwasher still didn't work, and leaked into our basement. He came and fixed the leak. Now same error code appears, and EZ Appliance, $347 later tells us we need a new motor.
Screw EZ Appliance, and never use them. We are going to buy a new dishwasher and chalk up the $347 to an expensive education never to use EZ.
