why are you selling on ebay when you dont have the product in stock (bronze carb paint)...after 6 days you cancelled my order...thats just wrong, not only that but i have to wait 3 days for a refund...just bad business

East Wood Thermo-costic barrier
Purchased when I have money as most people restoring Cars. When I went to go to use, it had all melted together. Also dripping on to other tools and stuff below. The product is totally useless I am just glad I did not put it in to my Car ! I would like a credit to purchase other products. I have pictures of it melted in the original box.

I am not pleased with your plasma cuter 60 and the shipper pro Toolshopper
I purchase a plasma cuter 60 from amazon with a defect, the cuter did not so I tried to contact the seller for a refund I was given the run a round. I need to send the cuter back for my full refund I am not pleased with the service at all will you please contact me about your product. the cutter did not work like it did on the video the cutter use to much air and the did not turn off after pulling the trigger. it did not cut well. The shipper pro tool shopper shouldn't be selling your product. I was trick in withdrawing the claim, in order to send me a rma with the wrong amount of money.
