Tape separating throughout my home. A leak caused from a vent behind the microwave where water receded back into my home.

This has happened twice, the second time it was noted the vent was the reason water receded back into the home.

The drywall is damaged and Eastwood refuse to correct this issue. Poor turf, we are having lawn care issues.

No builder experience and poor designing

I chose Eastwood for a second time because of the awesome job that they did on last home in South Charlotte. I met with Eastwood to prepare a second home at Briargate Mooresville.

Once the foundation was poured I knew something was wrong with the size. I was assured that the Wilmington would be just like the size I had chosen when drove to Concord to view the Wilmington model. Seeing that home my decision was confirmed. It excited me that I was able to find my third home with everything that I was looking for.

My request was full size living room, dining room and bedrooms. What I got was nothing that I chose earlier. Podium in the hall leading from the front entrance, picture cut out at the top of the stair case, large bedrooms, down stair bathroom so small that I could open my arms a touch the walls. Dining room would only hold a table no chairs, living room sofa only, If I had decided to move in there was no way to get my bed in the master, the hall way so narrow, the door was designed at the end of the wall and it was impossible to move a dresser, bed or any other large items into the bedroom.

The house has been on the market more that 200 days because they made such a mess they can't even sell the house. They made numerous changes and I was never notified.

When you go on the website you're see more house for sale because the buyers refuse to take the poor design and structure. Having the supervisor and Whitley representing a company is putting Eastwood on a really bad review for any up coming new customer.
