Problem with a dealership

I spent 4 hours on my car...washed, clayed, waxed with a $20 bottle of wax, polished rims, tire shine. Went to Eastside Subaru for oil change and told them not to wash. They washed with broom style brush and genaruc soap. Car is now dirty with water spots and swirls
