They lied
Eastern Shore offers bad credit financing. Our credit is very bad took them over 3 weeks and still nothing. We couldnt come in for we have no vehicle at all and my daughters vehicle is not trust worthy. I dont trust people that take over 3 weeks to see if you get approved. I am very disappointed in their advertising. I seems that they were not willing to help us in any way.We really needed a car. And the fact we didnt have a down payment. Now were stuck with no car to drive. I wouldnt go back to Eastern Shore Toyota unless they change and want to be sincere in helping us.

Wanted $4078 for a $50 job scam
My 2010 Camry SE was purchased new at ES Toyota and had been serviced regularly there. In fall of 2014, I discovered the carpet was molding underneath the rubber floor mats. It dried out and was fine. Then, in early spring, it happened again. I had received regular service during this time. They told me they didn't know why carpet got wet. The carpet smelled and became dis colored. We told them that was unacceptable. So, they looked again and said it would be $4078 to pull dash, seal ac box, and replace carpet. I opted for a second opinion at an independent shop. Turns out, the ac drain hose was not attached. The independent reattached it, charged me $50, and there's been no problem since. I don't know if ES Toyota caused the problem or not, but after 3 visits, they were not able to find an unattached hose. They only offered a ridiculously expensive and unneeded repair!

This place is a SCAM. The commit blatant FRAUD to get people in the door and get your information. Their promotions are lies(They use a fake pull tab prize card in the mail to lure you into the dealership, deceiving you into thinking you have won a cash prize. It is ALL deceitful and FAKE) and they are the definition of sleezebag old school money hustlers that don't care about anything but getting money out of your wallet. BUYER BEWARE I have saved all of the documentation, and will be contacting a lawyer and the better business bureau. I drove over 100 miles to claim my supposed cash prize, only to be scammed.

Test drove car at Eastern Shore Toyota (EST), came back and 5 minutes before going to finance office,the salesman says the car just test driven was sold and insisted upon taking another Camry , different color, no features other than standard. I also waited for 4-5 hours while they "fixed" the car. The salesman said that we were waiting for the windows to be tinted The car drove bumpy. Came back to learn that the rim was bent/cracked. A week later returned for new rim which didn't correct the performance of the car. Upon return the rim was taken off and replaced with the bent rim. Car drives bumpy, tires skipping, car parks crooked. Took vehicle to a tire dealer who performed a test and validated bent rim. EST denies there are any defects. The past three cars purchased were defective. However, no other dealer would trade the vehicles. I had to go back to original dealers. I have documentation for the purchase of so many tires and alignments. Complaint is deceptive and unethical practices, and pissed poor customer service at this dealership.
