Broken promises rude and disrespectful managers

Paid an extra $340 to have 2 USB ports put in my Nissan Pathfinder. They made me drive all the way from Reston to Rockville only to have the installation botched twice by some guy working out of the back of somebody else’s garage. Obviously a “sweetheart deal“.What, there weren’t any places that could do this installation in Loudoun County or Fairfax County? So I had to spend seven hours of my time and seven hours of lost wages to try to get this thing fixed. Then they wanted to get into a screaming match with me because I did not want to spend another three hours of time and money going to Rockville to have the same Clowney work on them again. Called to complain but of course they haven’t gotten back to me. Don’t go to these people they really have not changed.

Sold me a busted dangerous car

I bought a car from them 2 in a half weeks ago. They convinced me not to return the vehicle but bring it in for repairs on my 7th day. The tire was patched up and leaking so they overfilled my tires so we wouldn't notice when we drove off the lot. The grill is starting to fall off and it was sold with a busted hose for the coolant so the car kept over heating. I also have a dealers warranty and they refuse to help. These guys are crooks and should be reported for fraud. I bought from Sterling VA. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You could end up dying on the freeway from a busted vehicle

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!! VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! Very Unprofessional! You buy a Car and 10 days Later, they ask you to Return it! For the Most Silly Reason I have Ever heard! My husband and I went to the Laurel store on Friday 12/08/17 to purchase a car, and after being approved financially, we were given a VW Passat! I had an issue with the way we were treated. As if that was not enough, 10 days later, they called my husband asking him to provide a cotenant( for some reason, I'm not listed as a cotenant on our apartment lease) or else he returns the car! This came in as a shock to us both: 1) we were never disclosed this on the day of purchase (NON-DISCLOSURE ) . Else we would have gone elsewhere 2) why wait 10days after purchase to call us and demand we return the car if we can't provide a cotenant! 3) the lender company had called to interview my husband and never mentioned anything like that. Infact she told him we were good! So why would you start calling us to inconvenience us about cotenant signature ! Who exactly was asking, cos I'm damn sure it wasn't the lender. They Lied it was! 4) why the heck would that be a requirement! Never in my entire car purchasing life heard of that as a requirement! We were pressured into returning the car! My husband and I didn't see the possibility in adding a stranger to our lease, so yesterday 12/20/17 we returned the car, my husband lost $160 from his paycheck cos he couldn't go to work because of this nonsense!! On getting there we met with the guy who's been inconveniencing us with phone calls, WILL! Heck I demanded my $700 downpayment back before returning the car keys! Will had the guts to say and I quote "Even if you go to another car dealership, it would be the same thing" I'm like what the ***!!! Who in the world says that. That same day,(yesterday) We went to CARMAX Laurel and got a better Car and an Excellent service! Stress free without any of the nonsense cotenant excuse. As I write I'm still waiting for $200 of my $700 downpayment. We were only given $500 yesterday! Eastern Automotive Group better provide my $200 and making my husband loose $160 yesterday. Y'all mess with the wrong people ! Else we would SUE for NON-DISCLOSURE and INCONVENIENCE!!

When I bought my car, salesperson said they would return my rental, that way I could drive new car off the lot. Well the rental company says the car was returned with damage. I contacted Easterns they said they didn't cause any damage and didn't see any damage. They spoke as if they were going to accept some responsibility, but not. They are just silent. I shouldn't have expected any different based on many of the terrible reviews I have seen about Easterns. What comes around goes around. No responsibility from Easterns, I trusted them (my bad). 2nd car I bought from Easterns, will not buy another and will make sure everybody I know, never buys from them. What's the saying? Never trust a car salesperson. I learned my lesson the hard way.

I called Easterns to set up an appointment. Rolando called right away. He asked me to fill out a finance application so I did. He never called back like he said he would. After calling several times, Diego set up an appointment. I arrived at the Rosedale location and was helped by Shawn. Now i told him mt situation up front and he said he is the best and he's working on it. I had to leave to go to an appointment. He said he would call when he heard something. I hadn't heard from him so I called him. He told me he was pulling my information and he would call me back. He never did. I called him this morning and said that I never received a call from him. He told me that I need someone on the loan with me. That's not a problem, but he could have called and told me. When I said those exact words to him, he told me that they are busy! I am recommending that no one waste their time with Eastern Motors. They are the worst when it comes to customer service! As someone who has worked in customer service for years, I would never treat my customers the way Rolando and Shawn treated me! You ought to be ashamed of yourselves!

Got the car I wanted but at what cost

I searched for about three months until I found it at Eastern Motors. During the search I befriended someone who kept me in the loop-SO I won't "out him". However, I was told the dealership would reach out to me once they found me a car-but that didn't happen. When I found it online I asked for it to transferred to a closer location-they did so. Before I signed all the paperwork...I pointed out a few things that needed attention to make me feel better about the deal- They told me it would taken care of by them. So I offered to do it myself and let them reimburse me. But they provided me with a "sad" loaner car (valued at about 17k and I purchased a 40k vehicle). Needless to say I fought with the service manager for two weeks- WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO DO THIS? They damaged two components on the car and dragged out the process. SAD part I KNOW the business and next time....It won't be a next time. Can you say ....that car place advertised on TV every 10 mins. (MAX) lol

Do not go to the dealership on Eastern ave ,the sales manager name is Mark, he is rude, loud and curses at you , they will tell you to leave things out, anything to get the deal. My son was told a few things to leave out. He got a car, broke down 3 days later, went in shop 2 weeks got the car back, down they tell him to bring car back and Mark says he can't get 2000 deposit back cause he is a *** liar, smh, he will get it back, eastern motors is a rip off

Don't expect anything less than shallow, number driven used car salesmen. Specifically Amir, who is essentially a young know-it-all who doesn't know how to "play the game" yet.

(A BS'er who doesn't know how to BS?) Example: When pointing out a paint discoloration/scratch from a known accident (carfax proven), he brushes it off as compound yet to be cleaned. So, in attempt to teach lil boy a lesson in how to not lie when the truth is staring at you, I rolled my eyes and made an effort .... FOR HIM. I scratched the "compound" off with my fingernail and, as expected, because IT'S A SCRATCH IN THE PAINT, it didn't disappear.

It's funny when you see an "experienced" salesman stammer due to loss of words. He mumbled something about clear coat and then tried to redirect my attention. You KNOW I came for him on that. LOL.

If it wasn't a vehicle that I had thuroughly researched and bought in my mind, I would have left him after a few words of discipline. Like you'd do a juvenile who stole gum at a store. Besides this, he had 4 or 5 other glaring mistakes, missteps and lies about the vehicle. I, of course, requested management.

Which wasn't a leap above. I think I had extra time that day.

Used car salespeople. I feel sorry for the mindset that takes shape and inevitably, directs their life.

We bought a 2014 Ford Fusion with 36,000 miles in 2015 so the car was barely over a year old, but was still considered a used car purchase... We have had problems with it from day one... After hundreds of dollars worth of repair n it still wasn't running right (It would run ok for a few months then break down again) we finally traded it in last month (even though we r upside down on r payments now because the car wasn't worth anything near what we owed) but anyway we chose to pay weekly for the ford when we bought it (and was never once late on a payment) but for the last 4 weeks they have changed their name to my bank not once but TWICE in order to continue taking money out of my account after I put a stop payment on the account... They r denying we called them to tell them about the car being sold, yet the car dealership we sold it to said THEY HAVE to contact them to let them know n it would b the business day after we sold it to them... Now that's 2 people who called to tell them 2 days after selling the car... I called the finance company AND eastern motors and they r both blaming each other... I blame eastern for selling me a lemon and the finance company they use for trying to charge my bank account under 2 DIFFERENT NAMES for a month for a car that was sold a month prior... The whole scenario isn't worth ur trouble trust me

Misled from the beginning

My daughter was purchasing her first car and was pre-approved for a certain make and model. The transferred the car from one location to another for her. When we arrived, the salesman says, "why settle for a Chevy when I can get you in a Cadillac?" Two hours later, he says, "i have something comparable to the style because certain banks won't allow first-time customers certain makes." He sticks her with a Dodge which is NOT comparable to the Chevy she had wanted. He only showed her the one vehicle so she settled for the Dodge. Another 2 hours and we finally sign the paperwork with the girls in back. We come out front and the salesman tells us they went to get gas...45 minutes later the Dodge comes back - the tank isn't full. What a bitter disappointment! She was preapproved for what she wanted - which is why we went there - and she is stuck with something less. Don't go to Easterns.

I must say it was inevitably YOUR decision to purchase. Nobody can talk you into buying anything, much less a car!

So, buyer is to blame so don't put on salesman.

HOWEVER, with that being said, they at Easterns ARE A STEP below an expected good experience.

Nothing more than used car sales people trying to make a sale.

And make more money off that sale with hidden prices and etc. So, do your research.

I went in to buy a car and they didn't have it at the location i went. So i requested it be brought down and it was made available in less than 3hrs. Girard Curry be salesman on the year. He was vert honest about the pricing and made sure i got exactly what i wanted. I got a honda and i love it. Thanks.

Purchase a 2015 ford focus and it had problems from the start. Took it back and they said it will pass.

To drive it for another 1000 miles and it will pass. This is my first time buying a new call and it was the worse. Now i have to pay out of my pocket 400 dollars for other things wrong with the car thats not cover under my warranty. This is f××××× up.

Im a single mother with only one income. This was the first time i ever brought a new car and u suppose to be happy and excited about the first time.

And it was the worse. I will never ask or reccommed them to any of my friends

I can't believe they did this to someone else too... I bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from them in 2015...

Had nothing but problems from jump and the car had less than 36,000 miles... Well got tired of fixing it for 2 years (no late payments EVER) n now that I traded the ford in for a brand new mitzubushi, they have spent the last 4 weeks changing their name in order to keep taking the weekly payments out of my bank account
