Does dirty deals...

My dads house burnt down almost 5 years ago. Nick made deals with my dad for exchanged vehicle maintenance that was completed and the rest of what was owed to him was paid by insurance. Well come to find out almost 5 years later after my dad has passed, he's been living in a home that 2 out 4 bedrooms have electrical issues, there is only insulation in the attic because my family has taken the time to have it blown in. There are tons of things never finished by his contractors and things that were finished are only halfassed! I would never never never recommend him!

Loved the Renovations Done By Eastcoast Services LP

I hired Eastcoast Services to renovate my living room and kitchen. He made a blueprint and layout of living room entertainment center and crown and also blueprinted my kitchen cabinets. After seeing the plan i told him he was hired.... They started a week later and was very clean and did a great job. The crew was wonderful and BEST of all, ON TIME!!!! After painting and lighting was complete, it turned out beautiful. I am enjoying my new living room but most of all my new kitchen.Its a joy to cook in! Thank you Nick. We will be using you again.......

EastCoast Services, LP is wonderful!

I had some office work completed and they were simply wonderful! I had more than a pleasant experience with them and they do superb work! They took down a wall in our office and made it bigger addding another. Painted the whole thing and installed flooring. The work was so superior that I am going to use them for my home as well. Tim was knowledgeable and on the job overseeing the work each day. They had completed the job before we even knew it! I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of repair work done. They are a class above the rest! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

DON'T TRUST EASTCOAST SERVICES L.P.!

I was contacted by Nick (A.K.A Valentino) Fazi to do some sub work in late 2011. I met with him, looked at the job, and decided to work for his company on this particular project that took me two days. I completed the work to the satisfaction of the customer of EastCoast Services L.P. and submitted an invoice. Weeks turned into months and I was never paid. I tried repeatedly to contact him with no success. Please DO NOT work FOR Nick Fazi or his partner Tim Farrell, or allow either of them or anyone from EastCoast Services L.P. anywhere near your home or business. P.S. I am not the only person EastCoast Services L.P. has stolen from. There are others. Nick's # is (843) 754-**** (Charleston, SC). BEWARE!

I had my house repaired in IOP and Nick was there making sure I was satisfied. I think the things people are saying on here isn't really true.

My Home is now renovated and looking spectacular so would I do business with EASTCOAST? You bet yah

Just because your house got done doesn't mean the sub contractor's who did the work got paid. I am going through the same thing right now as we speak.

We did a great tile job in 3 different rooms including a shower and all I'm getting now is a run around. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!! He's ripping his workers off. Luckily for me I have a detective in the family who is investigating him right now.

You wouldn't believe what we've found out so far.

This so called company ripped me off too. I did a house demo for Nick Fazi and Tim Farrell they refused to pay me.

They obviously don't have money. I will tell you one thing, they know nothing about the services I was doing for them. I do demolition work with my excavator. His sister Kristi Fazi Farrell is married to Tim Farrell.

She too is a dishonest shady business person. I actually got talked into using her as an insurance agent. You see she worked for State Farm and that is the only reason these yahoos were getting demo work because of her shady dealings and conflict of interest issues with State Farm. The whole family is awful.

They owe me a simple $1500 and just hid and ran Wouldn't answer the phone. A lot of chest pumping from the hefty Kristi Farrell. Pay me. She lied on my ins.

I just had concrete work and landscaping done by this company and Nick Fazio will not tolerate sub-standard work. He was on top of the job every step, on time and dependable.

He makes sure you are satisfied and that he is satisfied with the work as completed. I wouldn't do business with anyone else!
