I am very disappointed with my experience with Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I made an appointment to take a look at a vehicle and drove 90 mins to go see it.

Spending most of my day in contact with the dealership ensuring that if I wanted the vehicle I would be able take it home that night. Numerous emails went back and forth along with a few phone calls. Before I left my house I called to ensure the vehicle was still for sale. I let them know that it would take me 90 mins to drive there and I asked them to please not sell that vehicle.

As they knew I really wanted it and knew that I had financing I place. They ensured me not to worry about it and that they would not sell the car.

They sold the car as I was walking into the dealership and I wasted 3 hours of my time. Very disappointed.

I bought a 2009 Lincoln MKS from Eastchester chrysler of the Bronx after 6 weeks and 400 miles the car turn out to be a lemon took car back to dealer ship and they said they would take it back and put me in a different car of the same value or more, I explained to them that I had to pick my son up from school after 4 hours of waiting the paper works was supposedly done so I signed and drove off to pick my son up

I got home to find out they took the Lincoln back at a 8K loss to me and they had jack the interest rate by 5% contacted management and they told me I was screwd since I signed the contract call Chrysler Capital to see if they would help me out and take the loan back and they said, there was nothing they cut do for me and mine me this is prior to my first 24hrs ran out, I just an Belive the government don't step in to this type of practices but when companies are making blind donations to senators, presidents , ext. I guess they like to turn a blind eye to things not only did they did all this but the at dealer also forged income papers on my name to get a higher loan for me.

I just can wait for this Bouble to burst and it will burst there are so many bad car loans taking place this days thatit just a matter of time, Thank You Mr. Obama for caring about regular working citizens.

Eastchester Chriysler Jeep Dodge dealer on 4007 on Boston Road, lied to me big time, I told them the truth about everything that I got pre-approved for 30k through capital one. When I got there they did not show me any of the cars that we both had stick number stickers for, 2nd, I had to refill out more paper work n then he insistance on me getting s co-signer which I wad told by Melanie n Renee that because of my pre qualify that I'm good as gold just to come in and fill out the paperwork n I can drive the car home.

It was a humiliating lied. im out now $40.00 for round trip transportation n a possible $17.50 to renew my drivers license, if Salesman Nelson does not have it he should of called me.
